  • 60 grams Unsalted Butter
  • 100 grams Caster Sugar
  • 2 Egg Whites (lightly beaten)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 70 grams Plain Flour
  • 1 Sprinkle of Caster Sugar

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy

    Work in the egg whites, then the vanilla
  3. 3
    Mix in flour until just incorporated
  4. 4
    Spoon mixture into a piping bag with a 1cm flow nozzle
  5. 5
    Pipe 4 - 5cm lengths on a tray lined with greaseproop paper

    Bake in oven for 10 - 12 minutes at 160'c/320'f

    Trim edges while warm and soft, so they dont break when cool
  8. 8
    Sprinkle with caster sugar
