1Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy

4Spoon mixture into a piping bag with a 1cm flow nozzle

5Pipe 4 - 5cm lengths on a tray lined with greaseproop paper

6Bake in oven for 10 - 12 minutes at 160'c/320'f

7Trim edges while warm and soft, so they dont break when cool

8Sprinkle with caster sugar
