- 5 each sprigs cilantro
- 1 each sliced green onion
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/4 each sliced shallot
- 1 1/2 each juice limes
- 1/4 tbsp dried chilli pepper
- 1 tbsp roasted rice
- 1/2 each juice lime
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 2 tbsp water
Directions

1mix 1/2 lime juice with ground pork.

2Let stand for 10 minutes.

3Heart a pan on high until very hot.

4add water, then the pork and stir.

5keep stirring until the pork is done.

6put the sauce ingredients in a bowl large enough to hold everything, including the pork.

8add pork to sauce in bowl, mix well

10it should be a little spicy and tart.
