  • 5 each sprigs cilantro
  • 1 each sliced green onion
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/4 each sliced shallot
  • 1 1/2 each juice limes
  • 1/4 tbsp dried chilli pepper
  • 1 tbsp roasted rice
  • 1/2 each juice lime
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 2 tbsp water

    mix 1/2 lime juice with ground pork.

    Let stand for 10 minutes.

    Heart a pan on high until very hot.

    add water, then the pork and stir.

    keep stirring until the pork is done.

    put the sauce ingredients in a bowl large enough to hold everything, including the pork.

    add pork to sauce in bowl, mix well
