- 2 c. flour
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. blueberries
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten or 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Grease or line muffin tin.

3Pam works very well.

4Prepare Crunch Topping and set aside.

5In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

6Add 1 tablespoon of the flour to the blueberries, tossing to coat.

7In small bowl, combine milk, margarine and eggs until blended.

8Stir into flour mixture just until moistened.

9Fold in blueberries.

10Spoon evenly into muffin cups.

11Sprinkle Crunch Topping over tops.

12Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until pick comes out clean.

13Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
