  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 lb. Colby cheese (sharp)
  • 1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese (sharp)
  • 1 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese (medium)
  • 2 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 2 small cans tomato sauce
  • 2 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar (optional)
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 boxes lasagna noodles
  • seasoned salt to taste (optional)
  • garlic powder to taste (optional)

Directions

    Shred cheeses.

    Brown ground beef with chopped onion and chopped green pepper; drain off liquid.

    Add seasoning.

    Add tomato paste with 3 1/2 cans of water.

    Mix spaghetti sauce mix in.

    Stir together well.

    If too thick, add more water gradually. Cook noodles until done; do not overcook.
