  • 1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 2 (8 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp. leaf oregano
  • 2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 lb. ground chuck, cooked and drained
  • 2 c. (1 pt.) cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook noodles until tender.

    In a large bowl, mix together tomato sauce, paste, oregano, basil, salt and garlic.

    Spread 1/2 cup of sauce over bottom of a 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish.

    Mix cooked beef with remaining sauce.
