- 8 oz. pkg. egg noodles, cooked according to package directions
- 2 lb. ground beef, browned and well drained
- 1/4 C. finely chopped green pepper
- 1/4 C. finely chopped onion
- 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 1 C. small curd cottage
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Layer 1/2 of cooked noodles in a well-greased 9 x 13 pan. Combine cheese, sour cream, onion and green pepper; spread over noodles.

2Top mixture with other half of noodles.

3Drizzle noodles with melted butter.

4Mix tomato sauce with ground beef and spread over noodles.

5Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly.
