Ingredients
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. water
- garlic salt to taste
- 1 box lasagna noodles (12 oz.)
- 2 eggs
- 3 cans tomato paste
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 carton cottage cheese
- 2 or 3 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain.

2Add tomato paste, water, onion, garlic salt, salt and pepper.

3Simmer.

4Cook the lasagne noodles according to directions.

5Drain.

6Mix together cottage cheese and eggs.

7Spray pan with Pam.

8Spread a small amount of meat sauce in bottom of pan.

9Arrange ingredients in layers:

10noodles, meat sauce, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.

11Do not put cottage cheese in top layer (you will have 3 layers).

12Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

13Bake for 30 minutes or until hot at 375°.
