- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. minced parsley
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 pkg. or 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 lb. cottage or Ricotta cheese
- 1/3 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 can tomato sauce
Directions

1Brown meats, in oil in a large frypan over medium heat, stirring constantly.

2Add garlic, tomato paste, water, onion, bay leaves, parsley, salt and pepper.

3Mix well.

4Cover and simmer 1 hour over low heat, stirring occasionally.
