- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
- 1 tsp. basil leaves
- 2 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 pkg. cooked lasagna noodles
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown meat and drain fat.

2Add tomatoes.

3Break up with fork. Add tomato paste, garlic salt, oregano leaves and basil leaves. Bring to boil.

4Stir occasionally.

5Reduce heat.

6Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.

7Heat oven to 350°.

8Mix cottage cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan.

9Reserve 1 cup of meat sauce and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.
