  • 1 (5 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 9 -10 lasagna noodles
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
  • 2 12 cups cottage cheese (beat with eggs)
  • 2 eggs
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 12 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded

    Brown meat and spoon off fat.

    Add next 6 ingredients and mushrooms.

    Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    While noodles and sauce simmer, combine cottage cheese, eggs, parsley and pepper.
