- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 (12 oz.) low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 pkg. Longhorn Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- onion and parsley flakes
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. water
- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
Directions

1Brown: beef, salt, black pepper, onion, garlic and oregano. Drain fat; add tomato sauce and tomatoes.

2Cook noodles; mix all cheeses together.

3Arrange in layers: noodles, cheese and meat sauce.

4Top with cheese and add parsley flakes.

5Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
