- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
- 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 12 oz. tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook noodles by package directions.

2Cook ground beef, garlic and onion in oil; drain excess fat.

3Add salt, parsley, pepper, rosemary, water and tomato paste; simmer for 5 minutes.

4Blend eggs and cottage cheese.

5In 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, put layer of meat sauce, 1/2 noodles, all of cottage cheese and 1/2 Mozzarella cheese.

6Repeat layers; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
