Ingredients
- 32 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
- 2 (32 oz.) jars thick and zesty tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt (to taste)
- 2 lb. cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 or 2 lb. ground beef or pork
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown beef or pork and drain.

2Cook sausage and add to the ground beef.

3Mix together cottage cheese, 2 eggs and salt.

4Set aside.

5Cook lasagna noodles until tender and drain on wax paper or Reynolds wrap.

6Layer in a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, noodles, sauce, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.

7Repeat layers two or three times.

8Top with remaining sauce and Parmesan cheese.

9Cook in a 350° oven for 25 minutes.

10Wait 10 or 15 minutes and serve.
