- 2/3 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- salt
- pepper
- 10 to 12 uncooked lasagna noodles
Directions

1Saute ground beef in a skillet in butter until it loses its pinkness.

2Transfer to a pot.

3Peel and chop onions.

4Saute until transparent.

5Add to the meat.

6Add tomatoes, tomato paste, bouillon cube, minced garlic and seasonings.

7Cook over medium low heat, covered, for about 20 minutes.
