Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 1 can Italian tomato sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) large macaroni
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Brown beef, onion, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic salt.

    Drain.

    Add tomato sauce and water.

    Cook on low.

    Cook and drain macaroni.

    Add cream cheese and sour cream to macaroni while hot.

    Layer meat mixture, noodle mixture, ending with meat.

    Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
