- 1 lb. ground beef (16 oz.)
- 1 (26.5 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, processed in blender
- 6 lasagna noodles (the no boil kind)
- 16 oz. cottage cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook ground beef and drain.

2If using noodles that have to be cooked, cook only until half done.

3Drain.

4Mix together the drained beef, tomatoes and spaghetti sauce.

5Spread 1 1/2 cups in bottom of deep baking dish.

6Lay 3 of the noodles on sauce.

7Then spread some more sauce and 1/2 of the cottage cheese.

8Make another layer of noodles, meat sauce and cottage cheese.

9Then add rest of tomato sauce.

10Spread Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.

11Bake, covered with foil, for 1 hour at 350°. Uncover and continue to bake until cheese is lightly browned.
