Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 qt. tomato juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 small container small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 large pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small can Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large pkg. pepperoni
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 (6 oz.) box lasagna noodles, cooked

Directions

    Brown meat and onion.

    Drain.

    Add tomato juice, tomato paste, seasonings and pepperoni.

    Cook over medium heat until thick. Boil noodles while this thickens.

    Drain and add cold water to noodles to prevent them from sticking together.

    Drain again.
