- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 2 tsp. salt
- pinch of garlic salt
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix (dry)
- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 small pkg. cottage cheese
Directions

1Season meat with salt, pepper and garlic salt and brown in skillet.

2Stir in tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce.

3Simmer for about 10 minutes.

4After sauce has simmered, stir in package of cottage cheese.

5Pour a portion of sauce into bottom of baking dish; cover with strips of lasagna noodles that have been drained. Add slices of Mozzarella cheese.

6Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.

7Top with strips of Mozzarella cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

9This dish is good to prepare the night before use and take from refrigerator and bake.
