  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 pkg. McCormick spaghetti sauce mix
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste and 36 oz. water
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese

Directions

    Cook noodles; drain.

    Pour cold water over them.

    Brown ground beef; drain.

    Add mix, stirring in well.

    Add tomato paste, sauce and water.

    Simmer.

    Layer noodles, cottage cheese, sauce, Cheddar and then Mozzarella.

    Repeat layers two more times.

    Cook at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
