  • 1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce (traditional)
  • 1 (24 oz.) container of Light & Lively cottage cheese
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook lasagna noodles according to package while browning one pound of hamburger.

    Drain hamburger.

    Drain lasagna noodles and run cold water over noodles.

    Then spread 3 of noodles in a cake pan making a layer.

    Spoon Ragu sauce over the noodles.

    Sprinkle the hamburger over the sauce.

    Then sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese over the hamburger.
