- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 lb. cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 6 oz. lasagna noodles
Directions

1Brown ground beef.

2Pour off grease; add tomato paste, tomatoes and salt.

3Simmer 20 minutes.

4Mix cottage cheese, parsley and oregano.

5Let set for flavors to absorb.

6Mix Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses.

7Cook noodles.

8Place by layers in 2-inch deep large pan, half of tomato-beef sauce, layer noodles, half of cottage cheese mixture and half of grated cheeses; repeat.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
