- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium size onion, chopped
- 1 (32 oz.) jar Prego spaghetti sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Brown meat and onion; drain off fat.

2Add Prego sauce, salt and pepper.

3You can add some mushroom pieces if you wish. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes.

4Cook noodles in salt water with a little vegetable oil.

5Drain and rinse.

6Place half of noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

7Spread with half of meat mixture, then sprinkle some Lawry's seasoning salt on, then half of Mozzarella cheese.

8Repeat layers.

9Bake at 375° for 30 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.
