Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium size onion, chopped
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar Prego spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Brown meat and onion; drain off fat.

    Add Prego sauce, salt and pepper.

    You can add some mushroom pieces if you wish. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Cook noodles in salt water with a little vegetable oil.

    Drain and rinse.

    Place half of noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Spread with half of meat mixture, then sprinkle some Lawry's seasoning salt on, then half of Mozzarella cheese.

    Repeat layers.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.
