  • 1 (16 oz.) box lasagna noodles
  • 3 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 6 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large container Ricotta cheese

Directions

    Cook the lasagna noodles and drain well.

    Brown ground chuck and add salt and pepper and Italian spices to taste.

    When meat is browned, add spaghetti sauce and heat thoroughly.

    In 9 x 13-inch pan, begin layering.

    Start with noodles, then meat mixture and 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese.

    Begin another layer of noodles, meat mixture and whole container of Ricotta cheese.

    Begin last layer of noodles, meat mixture and top with remaining 3 cups of Mozzarella cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
