- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 1/2 c. drained canned tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown ground chuck in skillet, stirring until crumbly.

2Add garlic, seasoned salt and pepper.

3Simmer for 10 minutes; drain. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce; mix well.

4Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.

5Reserve 1/3 meat sauce.

6Layer remaining meat sauce, noodles, Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese, 1/2 at a time in 8 x 12-inch baking dish.

7Top with reserved meat sauce and Parmesan cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
