Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef or chuck
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. oregano, crushed
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Directions

1Brown beef, onion, garlic and oregano.

2Add soup, water, vinegar and salt.

3Simmer 30 minutes.

4In a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish, arrange 3 alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Mozzarella.

5Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
