- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 medium onion
- 1 or 2 garlic cloves
- chili powder to taste
- 2 large cans tomato sauce
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. oregano
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Combine hamburger, onion and garlic cloves.

2Brown in skillet and add chili powder, tomato sauce, tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper.

3Simmer for 1/2 hour.

4Cook lasagna noodles until done. Layer meat and noodles in a medium sized square cake pan, adding cheese to the top layer.

5Preheat oven to 350° and bake until cheese melts.

6Serves 4.
