- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- grated Italian and Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb. lasagna noodles
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion; add balance of ingredients, except cheese, and simmer slowly for 2 to 3 hours.

2Boil and drain lasagna noodles.

3Layer in baking pan a layer of noodles, layer of meat sauce and layer of cheese.

4Repeat layers until you end up with cheese on top.

5Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
