Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cans tomato paste
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 can whole tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. red pepper
  • grated Italian and Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb. lasagna noodles

Directions

    Brown ground beef and onion; add balance of ingredients, except cheese, and simmer slowly for 2 to 3 hours.

    Boil and drain lasagna noodles.

    Layer in baking pan a layer of noodles, layer of meat sauce and layer of cheese.

    Repeat layers until you end up with cheese on top.

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
