  • 1 can whole tomatoes
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti dry season mix
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 small box lasagna noodles
  • 1 large cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown and drain beef.

    Puree all canned tomatoes.

    Add tomatoes and spaghetti mix to ground beef on low heat and simmer 20 minutes.

    Boil noodles.

    Mix cottage cheese and eggs together. Layer beef, cottage cheese mixture, Mozzarella cheese and noodles, ending with Cheddar cheese on top.

    Put in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 to 45 minutes.
