- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 pkg. spaghetti dry season mix
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 small box lasagna noodles
- 1 large cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- Mozzarella cheese
- Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown and drain beef.

2Puree all canned tomatoes.

3Add tomatoes and spaghetti mix to ground beef on low heat and simmer 20 minutes.

4Boil noodles.

5Mix cottage cheese and eggs together. Layer beef, cottage cheese mixture, Mozzarella cheese and noodles, ending with Cheddar cheese on top.

6Put in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

7Bake at 350° for about 30 to 45 minutes.
