Lasagna Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • grated Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Saute onion and garlic in butter.

    Add chuck and cook until meat is brown.

    Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and sugar.

    Simmer a few minutes.

    Prepare noodles as directed on package; drain. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together thoroughly.

    In a 4-quart casserole, layer noodles, cheese mixture and meat sauce.

    Top with grated cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
