Lasagna Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb. frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions

    Cook noodles according to package directions.

    Mix rest of ingredients, except sauce, together in a bowl.

    Drain and rinse noodles.

    Take a tablespoon of the mixture and put in middle of noodle and roll up.

    Do the same for rest of noodles.

    Place in a 15 x 10-inch pan and pour sauce over them.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, covered.

    Take cover off last 15 minutes.
