Lasagna Roll-Ups

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb. nonfat Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 lb. nonfat Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • tomato sauce (low or no salt)

Directions

    Cook lasagna.

    Mix remaining ingredients.

    Fill center of each noodle and roll up.

    Spray baking dish with Pam.

    Place rolls (seam down) in dish.

    Cover with sauce and bake for 20 minutes at 325°, covered.

    Remove cover and bake an additional five minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese (extra) and broil for 1 minute. Makes 6 servings.
