- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. nonfat Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 lb. nonfat Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- tomato sauce (low or no salt)
Directions

1Cook lasagna.

2Mix remaining ingredients.

3Fill center of each noodle and roll up.

4Spray baking dish with Pam.

5Place rolls (seam down) in dish.

6Cover with sauce and bake for 20 minutes at 325°, covered.

7Remove cover and bake an additional five minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese (extra) and broil for 1 minute. Makes 6 servings.
