- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 chopped medium onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. dried breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 8 lasagna noodles
Directions

1Spread spaghetti sauce on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Saute beef and onion in butter until beef is brown.

2Drain fat. Allow to cool slightly. Mix thoroughly with bread crumbs the egg, thawed and drained spinach, salt,

3pepper and oregano.

4Cut cooked lasagna noodles in halves.

5Place 2 tablespoons of beef mixture on each half of noodles; roll and place seam down in spaghetti sauce. Cover rolls with cheese.

6Cover baking dish tightly with foil and bake 20 minutes at 350°.

7Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes.
