  • 8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/8 tsp. oregano and basil
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 1 (1 lb. 15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 c. Ricotta cheese, divided
  • parsley flakes

Directions

    Combine Ricotta cheese, eggs, 1/2 of Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and seasonings.

    Mix well.

    Place cooked noodles on plate and spoon 1/8 of mixture on each.

    Roll up.
