  • 26-oz. jar commercial spaghetti sauce with mushrooms and ripe olives
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup fine, dry bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
