  • 20 large Pasta shells
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 1/2 can Marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, garlic powder, and italian seasoning
  • 3 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 box Shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375F.

    Cook ground beef and season with onion powder.

    Drain and add marinara, garlic powder, and salt.

    Cook pasta according to box.

    Whisk eggs, add in ricotta cheese, 3/4 bag of mozzarella, parmesan, salt, and pepper.

    Pour 1/2 of marinara sauce into glass pan.

    Stuff cheese mixture into shells and place in pan with marinara sauce.

    Top off with cheese anf bake for 20-25 min.
