  • 12 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cans Paul Newman's socarooni sauce
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. dried parsley or 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese, divided
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices

Directions

    Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.

    Drain; set aside.

    Cook ground beef, garlic and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring until meat crumbles.

    Drain well.

    Wipe pan drippings from skillet with paper towel.

    Combine Paul Newman's socarooni sauce with meat.

    Let simmer 20 minutes.

    Combine eggs and next 4 ingredients; set aside.
