  • 2 pkg lasagne noodles
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 c chopped onion
  • 1/4 c oil-corn or olive
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 1 large can tomato paste
  • 3/4 c mushrooms-fresh or canned
  • 1 c mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 pt cottage cheese
  • 1 garlic bud diced
  • dash sweet basil
  • dash oregano
  • dash tabasco
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown meat in oil, add mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, garlic, Tabasco, and onions.

    Cook the meat sauce an hour or more, the longer the better.

    The noodles should be cooked almost dome and well drained.
