- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 diced onion
- 1 c. shredded carrot
- 1 can tomato sauce
- spices (oregano, hot peppers, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper)
- lasagne noodles
- cottage, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses
Directions

1Fry hamburger and pour off grease.

2Add tomatoes, onion, carrot and tomato sauce; add spices to taste.

3Let simmer slowly for several hours.

4Cook noodles and drain.

5In pan, layer noodles, hamburger mixture, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.

6Repeat, ending with cheese on top.

7Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes, until bubbly.

8Can be frozen.
