- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. lasagne noodles
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Directions

1Brown meat in oil.

2Add onion and garlic; cook until tender. Add tomato sauce and seasonings.

3Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Place half of noodles in bottom of
