  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 3 c. hot water
  • 1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
  • 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Cook and drain lasagne noodles according to package.

    In a medium pot, combine hot water, tomato paste, salt, pepper and rosemary.

    Fry beef until brown; drain off grease.

    Add garlic and onion and cook until soft and crumbly.

    Add to first mixture and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
