- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 1/2 c. thick spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. (15 oz.) cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. lasagne, uncooked
Directions

1Brown beef in 3-quart saucepan.

2Drain excess fat.

3Add sauce and water.

4Simmer 10 minutes.

5Combine rest of ingredients, except lasagne for filling.

6Pour about 1 cup of sauce onto bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

7Layer 3 pieces of lasagne over sauce. Cover with 1 1/2 cups sauce.

8Spread 1/2 of cheese filling over sauce.

9Repeat layers of lasagne, sauce and cheese filling.

10Top with layer of lasagne and remaining sauce.

11Cover with foil.

12Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.

13Remove foil.
-
14Bake 10 minutes longer.

15Makes 8 to 10 servings.
