- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 lb. ground beef
- garlic salt to taste
- 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 lb. Muenster cheese
- 1 container cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. broad Ruffles noodles
Directions

1Crumble and cook meat in salad oil with garlic salt until fairly well done.

2Drain grease.

3Add tomato sauce, tomatoes and seasonings and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

4At same time cook noodles in boiling salt water; when tender, drain and rinse.

5Fill baking dish with alternate layers of noodles, sliced Muenster cheese, cottage cheese, meat sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.

6Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 370°.

7This casserole can be made well ahead of time, then heated just before serving.
