- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 bay leaves, crushed
- 1 1/2 tsp. basil
- 4 small cans tomato sauce
- 8 slices lasagne
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
Directions

1Sprinkle beef with all seasonings and brown. Add diced green pepper and onion.

2Simmer a few minutes, adding tomato sauce. Cook lasagne according to package.

3Alternate layers of lasagne, beef mix, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese, ending with beef mix.

4Cook 20 minutes at 375°.

5Add Mozzarella and bake 5 more minutes.

6Freezes well, but will need to be thawed beforehand or baked longer.
