- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can (3 1/2 c.) tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 or 2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 8 oz. lasagne noodles
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown meat; spoon off excess fat.

2Add next 4 ingredients. Cover and simmer 40 minutes.

3Salt to taste.

4Cook noodles in water until tender; drain.

5Layer in baking dish using noodles, sauce, Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese.

6Repeat layers, ending with sauce.

7Top with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

9Makes 6 to 8 servings.
