  • 12 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 large can mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 carton cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thaw spinach ahead
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cans water or more

Directions

    Cook beef until crumbly and lightly browned.

    Blend in mushrooms and liquid, tomato sauce and paste, oregano and water. Simmer 15 minutes.
