  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 12 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 16 ounces lasagna noodles
  • 4 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper

    Brown meat, drain.

    Add sauce, simmer 10 minute.

    Cook lasagne, drain, lay out on wax paper.

    Combine cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt & pepper.

    Pour 1/2 cup meat sauce on bottom of 13X9 pan.

    Put 4 pieces of lasagne over sauce, overlapping.

    Spread 1/3 cheese filling & cover with 1 cup meat sauce.

    Repeat layers twice.

    Top w/ lasagne & remaining meat sauce, sprinkle parmesan.

    Cover w/ foil.

    Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees.

    Let stand 10 min before cutting.
