- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 12 cups spaghetti sauce
- 16 ounces lasagna noodles
- 4 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Brown meat, drain.

2Add sauce, simmer 10 minute.

3Cook lasagne, drain, lay out on wax paper.

4Combine cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt & pepper.

5Pour 1/2 cup meat sauce on bottom of 13X9 pan.

6Put 4 pieces of lasagne over sauce, overlapping.

7Spread 1/3 cheese filling & cover with 1 cup meat sauce.

8Repeat layers twice.

9Top w/ lasagne & remaining meat sauce, sprinkle parmesan.

10Cover w/ foil.

11Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees.

12Let stand 10 min before cutting.
