- 2 lb. hamburger meat
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 3/4 c. tomatoes or tomato juice
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- lasagne noodles
- 1 clove chopped garlic or garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions

1Brown hamburger.

2Add garlic, parsley flakes, oregano, salt, tomatoes or juice, tomato paste and water.

3Simmer 1 hour.

4Grease dish, layer noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan.

5Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.

6Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
