- 1 (16 oz.) box San Giorgio rippled edge lasagne (uncooked)
- 4 c. (2 lb.) Ricotta cheese
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Brown meat in 3-quart saucepan; drain.

3Cook lasagne according to package directions; drain. (Separate lasagne and lay out flat on wax paper or aluminum foil to keep pieces from sticking together as they cool.)
