- 4 to 5 c. spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. lasagne
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Spread 1 cup sauce in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Arrange a layer of uncooked lasagne; top with some sauce, Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan and sauce.

2Repeat, gently pressing lasagne pieces into cheese mixture below.

3End with lasagne, then pour remaining sauce, being careful to cover all lasagne pieces.

4Top with remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes, until lightly browned and bubbly.

6Let stand for 15 minutes.
