- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 large cans (12 oz. each) tomato paste
- 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown meat and drain grease off.

2Add 4 to 5 cups of water, seasonings and tomato paste.

3Simmer for 30 minutes.

4Cook noodles; 9 noodles for each pan (3 across and 3 deep).

5In baking dish alternate a layer of noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese and then Parmesan cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until cheese bubbles on top, in the middle.

7Freezes very well. Makes 2 (13 x 9-inch) pans, 12 servings per pan.
